Hi, I’m Zak Hall, founder of ZLH Management.

Hospitality has been at the centre of my career for over eight years, with experience spanning hotels, bars, restaurants and hospitality venues of every scale — from independent boutique properties to internationally recognised brands.

I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA (Hons) in International Business and Human Resource Management, before further specialising in Risk Management through advanced study in London. I went on to study my MSc in Risk Management afterwards.

Those experiences — both academic and operational — shaped the foundation of ZLH Management: combining strategic thinking with practical, real-world understanding of hospitality operations.

I created ZLH Management to support hospitality businesses looking to strengthen performance, elevate guest experience and build long-term operational success.

Every client relationship is approached personally and collaboratively, ensuring strategies are not only commercially intelligent, but genuinely effective in day-to-day operations.
