Hi, I’m Zak Hall, the founder of ZLH Management. Hospitality has been my world for over eight years, and I’ve been lucky enough to work with hotels, bars, restaurants, and clubs of every style—from family run boutique gems, to budget stays, and well-known international chains.
I graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA (Hons) in International Business and Human Resource Management, and later built on that knowledge with a specialist Risk Management course in London. These experiences, both academic and hands-on, have shaped how I approach consultancy: blending strategy with practicality, and big-picture thinking with the details that make all the difference.
ZLH Management is my way of bringing that expertise to businesses that want to grow, improve, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences. I work closely with every client, making sure our plans aren’t just smart on paper—they work in the real world, too.
